She combines board-level perspective with hands-on delivery experience, leading programmes, teams and stakeholders from initial definition through implementation.

Cristian Mustata Co-Founder & Partner

20+ years leading digital transformation in banking and financial services.

Cristian has led large-scale digital, customer and business transformation initiatives, including the development and scaling of one of Romania's largest mobile banking propositions to more than 2 million users and over 95% digital sales.

His focus sits at the intersection of business strategy, digital, customer experience, technology and AI, turning transformation ambition into measurable business outcomes.
