In these terms, "Eleven Consult", "we" and "us" refer to the company above; "you" refers to any visitor of the site.
2. What this site is for
elevenconsult.ro presents our services and lets you get in touch with us. Nothing is sold through the site. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed with the client — not by these terms.
3. Information, not advice
The content on this site is general information about Eleven Consult and the way we work. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your situation, and you shouldn't act on it as such without talking to us first.
We keep the content accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that it is complete or error-free at all times, and we may change it without notice.
4. Experience and references
Case studies and organisation names shown on the site describe work carried out by our founders, including in previous executive and consulting roles as well as Eleven engagements, as stated on the relevant sections. Organisation names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the site does not mean they are clients of Eleven Consult or endorse us.
5. Intellectual property
The site's content — text, design, logo, images and video — belongs to Eleven Consult or is used with permission, and is protected by Romanian and EU intellectual property law. You may view it and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or reuse it commercially without our prior written consent.
6. Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- send unsolicited commercial messages, spam or automated submissions through the contact form;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or the systems behind it, or disrupt their operation;
- introduce malware or use scraping tools that put abnormal load on the site.
We may block access from any source that breaches these rules.
7. Contact form and personal data
When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible collaboration. We don't sell your data and we don't add you to marketing lists.
The form's messages are delivered to us by email through our email provider. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, or as required by law.
We process this data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to requests you send us (Art. 6(1)(f)), or to take steps you ask for before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
How we use cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.
8. Links to other sites
The site links to external websites, such as LinkedIn and our founders' personal sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Eleven Consult is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or its content, including temporary unavailability, errors, or decisions made on the basis of information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Romanian law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer. Consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) and ANPC (anpc.ro).
