Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
We use as few cookies as possible: one choice stored in your browser, and analytics cookies only if you accept them. No advertising, no tracking across other sites.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way. They let a site remember information between visits — for example, a choice you made — or measure how the site is used.
2. What we use
Strictly necessary
Needed to remember your cookie choice. This is stored whether or not you accept analytics, and doesn't identify you.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ec_consent | elevenconsult.ro | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we don't ask on every visit. Stored in local storage, not sent to any server. | Until you clear your browser data |
Analytics — only with your consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type. We use this only to improve the site. These cookies are set only after you click Accept.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Ireland Ltd. | Distinguishes unique visitors by assigning a randomly generated identifier. | 2 years |
_ga_HRZYXMV7TL | Google Ireland Ltd. | Keeps session state for this site's Google Analytics property. | 2 years |
3. If you reject analytics
We use Google Consent Mode. Until you accept, analytics cookies are disabled by default. If you reject them, or haven't chosen yet, no analytics cookies are stored in your browser. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals — for example, that a page was loaded — without any identifier that lets it recognise you across visits. We don't use advertising features: ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are always denied.
4. Google and data transfers
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data collected may be processed by Google LLC in the United States, which is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Google's practices are described in its Privacy Policy and at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4 for EU users.
The site also loads fonts and icons from Google Fonts and jsDelivr. These services receive your IP address when delivering the files, as any web server does, but they don't set cookies on our site.
5. Changing your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect processing that took place before.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Blocking cookies won't stop the site from working.
6. Legal basis
We store strictly necessary information under Art. 4(5) of Romanian Law 506/2004 on electronic communications privacy, which doesn't require consent for it. We use analytics cookies only on the basis of your consent, under the same law and Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Your rights over your personal data, and how to exercise them, are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
7. Updates
If we add or change cookies, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change requires new consent, we'll ask again.
8. Contact
